• Thank you for visiting our registration page. Please review the information below to complete your child's registration. Please note: Registration is not complete until all your paperwork is received at the school office. Make sure to check the "What to Bring Checklist" below. Mandatory registration documents from the "What to Bring Checklist" (below) may be emailed to Mrs. Mendillo at the Traphagen Office - mendilloc@waldwickschools.org. Please include "registration" and your child's name in the email. 
• Fill out the online registration form.  Click here to Waldwick School District Open Registration  for the form and follow the directions. Please include 2 Emergency Contacts other than the parents. Print out the registration form when completed.

• What elementary school will my child/children be attending? Please see our New Student Frequently Asked Questions page.
• For students entering grades 1 - 5 from another school, please fill out, sign and send in the  Records Release .
